HIIT Practice

Due to new COVID-19 measurements taken by the government, it is currently not possible to do regular kendo practice. Therefore, we are currently doing HIIT practice (high intensity interval practice) instead. We do this wearing fitness clothing and on bare feet at 1.5 meter distance from each other. Participants bring their own yoga mat.

Kendo players who are a member at other Dutch dojo are welcome to join these practices. However, please contact us in advance as there is a maximum number of people that can join.
